Ben launched 360 Rural to provide an innovative and fresh approach to rural business advice and provides strategic business advice to a wide variety of rural businesses throughout the UK, with a focus on succession planning. Ben is a Chartered Surveyor, Agricultural Valuer and RICS Registered Valuer.
In his previous role as Head of Property & Estates at Dyson Farming he focussed on the creation and implementation of strategy involving significant land and property acquisitions during a period of rapid business growth. As a member of the Senior Management Team his executive role included responsibility for farming, renewable energy, property, estate and professional services for one of the largest owned and operated, highly diversified farming businesses in the UK.
Ben started his career with Property & Business Consultants Brown & Co where he acted for a wide variety of clients in the rural sector before taking up the role with Dyson Farming.
Ben farms in partnership with his family where they operate a diversified farming business, with a small landholding at the core.

Jo joined 360 Rural in October 2024 following 8 years in her role as Estate & Environment Manager at Dyson Farming and provides a wide variety of professional advice to clients thought the UK. Jo is a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer.
In her previous role, she focussed on all aspects of environmental management and strategic implementation of the extensive schemes, subsidy payment, cross compliance, capital grant funding and management of the team responsible for scheme establishment. Through this work Jo has built invaluable contacts within the RPA and associated bodies. In addition, Jo took an active role in the Property & Estates team, supporting a wide variety of capital projects and strategic estate management including planning, development, insurance implementation and management, and commercial property management. Jo has had extensive experience with navigating and negotiating the impact of the various offshore renewable energy projects and their associated onshore infrastructure, which has impacted Dyson Farming land along the east coast of Lincolnshire.
Originally from a Norfolk farming family, Jo moved to Lincolnshire in 2016 following 5 years as Rural Surveyor on the Holkham Estate in North Norfolk. Jo lives with her husband, son and 3 labradors on their family farm in South Lincolnshire, where she has an active supportive role in the long-term sustainability of their diverse arable and beef business.
